Returns 

Thank you for shopping with ERIIS. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@eriis.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Customer must use a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you return is approved, you will receive a refund for the cost of your order minus the shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure availability.
