We ship orders from Australia and currently offer domestic and international shipping.

Once an order is dispatched, the risk passes to you. ERIIS is not liable for delays or loss caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their destination country.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar state legislation.
