Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak periods (such as collection launches and holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business days depending on location – $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 Business days depending on location – $15 AUD

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this or an order confirmation, please reach out to support@eriis.com.au.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
